Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your carts at the curb on pickup day like always. We wash them where they sit and you roll them back when you get home.
When do I get charged?
Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. On the Every 4 Weeks plan your first wash is $15: you pay $15 at signup, then $30 every 4 weeks. A single wash is charged when you book.
What if my cart is still full when you come?
We skip it, send you a photo, and come back on your next pickup day at no extra charge.
Can I cancel or skip a wash?
Yes. There is no contract and no minimum. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle starts.
How do I pick my wash day?
You pick your trash pickup day and the exact date of your first wash when you book. We wash Monday through Friday and Sunday.
When is my first wash?
You choose the date on the calendar when you book. Subscriptions need at least 2 days notice, and a single wash can be booked for the next day. After that we come back on that same day every 4 or 8 weeks, depending on your plan.
Which carts can you wash?
Any city cart: garbage, recycling and green waste. Every plan includes 2 cans. Extra bins are $8 each per wash, added at checkout.
